Should you go for it? My answer
The plus side? Its proximity to the 105 freeway makes commuting easy. The cable TV options were up to par, as I enjoyed watching shows on demand. Sadly, the room's upkeep was questionable. Dusty carpets and an overall neglected vibe set a disappointing tone for my stay.

Outside of the building seems ok, but our room was not nice. Not comfortable and not to our liking. Major inconvenience that the internet service was non functional for my entire 2 nights stay, the $5.00 per night refund offered could not ofset the inconvenience. The deluxe continental breakfast was far from that and was to be had by the front desk in a 6 x 10 area, standing. Seems like clientel is more of an agency based long term type, instead of tourists or visitors.

It was central to where we wanted to be. We were happy with the room and breakfast was basic but adequate
We had booked the room months in advance but we were disappointed that they had no record of our booking when we checked in even though we had received confirmation through bookings.com Hotel staff had poor English

I really liked the price of the room.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not have my room available the first night of my trip. I was also a little disturbed that I was made to pay for my stay at the time of check-in, I've never, ever, paid for a stay at a hotel before I've actually stayed. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was pink mold (no, it's not soap residue) on the shower head and the main light in the bathroom was not working. Also the room had motion detectors to activate the lights. I understand the desire to save on energy, however when one moves at night while asleep, the light comes on and it is a huge inconvenience.

consider a clean, comfy stay for a better price but beware of rude service and noisy neighbors
Incredibly clean, spacious rooms!

The room was large with a fridge, a seating area and a writing desk.
Overall an enjoyable stay, good value. Efficient stuff, excellant services, and particularly good location adjacent to restaurant, and destination, LA and Disneyland, and an island in middle of the street:)))

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements. I stayed in this absolutely great hotel for 7 days, had peaceful experience, really enjoyed its favourable location right by restaurant and a large shopping district with theaters and restaurants and the island.
Nothings.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable.
My experience was very disappointing. The check-in lady was rude and unhelpful. The pool was advertised as open, but it was closed on a hot day, and when I inquired, the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Stains were everywhere in the room, and overall, it was like a money trap.
